OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to make the following charges:
For cancellation more than four weeks before the date of arrival, we will refund the booking deposit less a £5 administration fee.
For cancellation between 28 and 15 days before the date of arrival, we will retain the deposit or, if no deposit has been paid, make a charge of £30 per room.
For cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the date of arrival, we will charge 50% of the total booking.
For cancellation 7 days or less before the date of arrival (or for failure to turn up), we will charge the full amount for all nights booked.
We recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance to cover cancellation.
