OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation, we will endeavour to re-let the room. If we are not able to do so, we reserve the right to make the following charges:
For cancellation more than two weeks before the date of arrival, we will refund the booking deposit less a £5 administration fee per room.
For cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the date of arrival, we will retain the deposit or, if no deposit has been paid, make a charge of £30 per room.
For cancellation between 3 and 7 days before the date of arrival, we will charge the first night’s room price in full.
For cancellation less than 3 days before the date of arrival (or for failure to turn up), we will charge the full amount for all nights booked.
We will only apply these charges in the event that we are unable to re-let the room but we do recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance to cover cancellation.
